About the Taster
Whether attending the basic class or the Spiritual Warrior class, at Jivamukti they like to focus on the entire yoga experience - not just the physical poses. Of course, you’ll go through all the typical yoga motions which will leave you more flexible and toned, but you’ll also practice chanting and meditation. The class will leave you physically, mentally and spiritually refreshed.

Class Options
- Basic classes: the ideal introduction to yoga - this is where you get to grips with the fundamentals.
- Spiritual warrior classes: An hour-long dose of slightly more intensive yoga for those who have to fit their sessions around a tight schedule.

What to Bring
Mats are available for the classes, but you’re encouraged to bring your own if you have one. You should also think about bringing a towel (although, they have them for rent) and a bottle of water to stay hydrated.
