About the Taster
Tai Chi is an exercise discipline developed in the Orient over many centuries, based on smooth, coordinated circular movements. Performed slowly at an even tempo it develops relaxation, stretching and loosening, and brings health benefits including improved balance, breathing, digestion and circulation. It is suitable for people of all ages and is a wonderful, life-enhancing practice. This five session Tai Chi bundle will help you discover all of the benefits practising this ancient martial art can bring to your health and happiness. This taster bundle is geared towards beginners. You'll be introduced to all of the basic movements and positions before moving up in level.

Tai Chi clases in London are held Monday 6.30pm - 8pm, Tuesday 12.30pm - 2pm, Thursday 7.15pm - 8.45pm, Friday 6.30pm - 8pm, Saturday 11am - 1pm, and Sunday 11am - 1pm. You may attend any of these beginner class times.

Wu's Tai Chi Chuan Academy

Wu's Tai Chi Chuan Academy is the original and main full-time centre in Europe for teaching authentic Wu Family Style Tai Chi Chuan. The curriculum follows the principles laid down in the Tai Chi Classics and in the style developed by the Masters of the Wu Family over five generations. There are many Tai Chi schools all over the world but few can offer authentic Tai Chi Chuan teaching of this quality.

The Chief Instructor and Director of the Original London Academy, Sifu Gary Wragg, has over 40 years experience in Tai Chi Chuan. He is one of the foremost exponents in Europe and the senior official representative of the Wu family in Europe. He is a founder member and former chairman of the Tai Chi Union for Great Britain (TCUGB) and serves on the executive committee and technical panel, as well as the International Wu's Style Tai Chi Chuan Federation (IWSTCCF).

Some members of the academy regularly compete in UK and international events with consistent success, and the academy organises the annual London Competition for Traditional Tai Chi Chuan. Wu's Academy's senior instructors are all TCUGB registered A-Grade, denoting the high standard of practice at the academy.
