One FREE 1.5 Hour Tai Chi Class
Tai Chi Chuan is a unique Chinese internal martial art which involves a combination of breathing, meditation and exercise in a smooth, round and continuous movement to reach every inner and outer part of the human body. The essence of the movements of Tai Chi Chuan lies in the co-ordination of the mind and body. Tai Chi Chuan is more than just physically defending yourself against an opponent. Created by a Daoist monk, centuries back in the mists of time, after watching a fight between a snake and a crane, the idea is “meditation in motion”. A mix of breathing, meditation and exercise, Tai Chi keeps you calm on the inside and helps bodily flexibility and coordination as well. It can even help you lower your blood pressure.

There are 108 movements in total so you’ll barely scratch the surface but after one session you’ll have enough of a taste to leave you hungry for more.
