About the Taster
The 40-minute taster is ideal for a beginner wanting to learn how to play squash or an experienced player looking for extra hints and tips. For the beginner, squash coach Matthew Schonfrucht will go over the basics of technique including grip and swing. If there’s something particular you want to work on, just let professional player Matthew know. Plus you’ll be getting a great workout in the bargain.

What should I bring?
Your own squash racquet would be a good start. Apart from that, shorts and a T-shirt are perfect for a sport where you work up a real sweat. You will also need trainers with non-marking soles for the court.
