About the Taster
A four-hour course with former UK Champion, Mark Waters, the workshop is intended for absolute beginners or for those with a couple of classes under their belts. In a dedicated dance space in the West End, the course covers the very basic steps, partner connections, basic turn patterns and easy ways to improvise in a relaxed and supportive atmosphere. There’s a heavy emphasis on one-to-one coaching throughout the workshop. Numbers are limited to ensure as much personal attention as possible. There will be an equal ratio of men to women, so no waiting for partners.

London Salsa is an organisation of Salsa teachers, DJs and promoters established in 2004. Their aim is to work together cooperatively to bring the highest level of dance tuition, music and events to students and to support each other organisationally using their various skills and shared experience.
