About the Taster
During your single 30 minute session of power plate London, you will get a taster for vibration training which adds an extra layer of resistance to your workout. Your Gym's Power Plate classes are combined with cardiovascular exercise, which means they're great for toning, building lean muscle and reducing cellulite (lean muscle burns more calories at rest so you will become a fat burning machine after a few sessions). The group class is only 30 minutes as Your Gym believes in a fast fitness concept and focuses on fitness delivered in short sharp sessions. Whether you're a beginner or more advanced, the class is designed to make everyone feel comfortable and the maximum size is just five people to allow the instructor to keep a close eye on your technique and make your experience personal and fun. It's like training with friends.

What's more, classes are held at regular intervals throughout the day so you'll always find a time to suit you.
Power plate London classes (Cardio Vibe) are held at the following times:
- Mondays and Wednesdays at 7am, 8am, 10am, 1pm, 1.30pm, 2pm, 6pm, 6.30pm and 8pm.
- Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8am, 10am, 1pm, 1.30pm, 2pm, 6pm, 6.30pm and 8pm.
- Fridays at 8am, 10am, 1pm, 1.30pm and 2pm.
- Saturdays at 8am, 10am, 1.30pm and 2pm.
