Once you get the hang of it, it’s a hugely impressive skill and is an amazing way to gain some confidence along with a better body.

Beginners: Learn basic beginner spins and simple pole dancing moves and routines. Perfect for those new to a fitness routine or those with related dance experience.

Intermediate 1s: Learn to invert and master some more complex spins and routines. Get ready to turn upside down on a pole for the first time! Prerequisite: Beginner moves to a high standard.

Intermediate 2s: Learn to put your inversions into sequences, learn even more daring inversions and sequences. Prerequisite: You must be able to invert with ease to benefit from this course.

Advanced: Tackle the inversions and moves that only a hard-core pole fanatic could love. We teach a standard range of moves and try out new moves as they are invented by polers from around the world! Prerequisite: You must already know how to invert with ease and do combinations of inversions to benefit from this course.
