The Taster Details

Location
Personal trainer Ian will travel to your home anywhere in South London or Northwest London, or you can have your class outside at a nearby park anywhere across Southeast and Southwest London.

About the Taster
Expect a fun-filled session that will push you to your limits. Your trainer will make you sweat for those abs with some core strengthening exercises as well as some punching work. The aim is not to turn you into Rocky, but boxing training is a great way to get results fast. After your first session you’ll be tired but elated, determined to meet your fitness goals.

Times Available
Sessions are available Monday to Sunday, 9am - 8pm, subject to trainer availability.
