About the Taster
A month’s membership to the small group fitness class. The class size is typically 7-9 people. In that month you can go as many times as you like. Each class is comprised of a one hour workout that includes a thorough warm up and cool down. You’ll be taught how to stretch to reduce the risk of injury and improve flexibility. In the main session a mix of cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength and muscular endurance work will help you reach your health and fitness goals.

Training is delivered through a mixture of functional movement patterns and exercises to give a safe, enjoyable and effective workout. Sessions are varied with a wide range of different drills, exercises and circuits. Any equipment that is required will be provided by your Jigsaw personal trainer. Classes are open to all fitness levels as the exercise intensity is tailored to your ability. This way all participants get a personally challenging workout.

Times Available
Sessions are held on Saturdays between 9am - 10am at Trent Park, Enfield and Wednesdays between 7pm - 8pm at Oak Hill Park.

What to Bring
Wear some standard workout gear and a decent pair of trainers. If it’s cold out, try to dress in layers so you can adjust your body temperature when you start to work up a sweat.

Able to teach one to one or group sessions and provide advice on all aspects of nutrition and weight management, Adam is also a keen runner and health and fitness enthusiast with a desire to help others achieve their goals.
