About the Taster
Before you jump straight into boxercise, book yourself a 15 minute consultation with your trainer so that they can get to know your goals, limitations and what you want to get out of your session.
Then it’s time to head to the park for an introduction to boxercise. Your session is likely to involve some shuttle runs, shadow boxing, pad work, press-ups and sit-ups, so get ready to be worked hard.
