The instructors know most people have never taken a martial arts class so they are patient, professional and totally committed to your progress. After five sessions you’ll already be feeling the benefits and in a position to decide whether MMA classes are for you in the long term. And it’s not just for adults, there are classes for different ages, starting from four years old.

Classes are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8pm.
What to Bring
You’ll need to buy a uniform from the college when you start the bundle of classes, but at £15, it shouldn’t break the bank. If you choose to become a member once the taster is over, you’ll have your money refunded.
