About the Taster
In a relaxed atmosphere and at a relaxed pace, the taster will be about familiarising yourself with that deceptively simple yet versatile tool: the pencil. Once you’ve got to grips with the basics you will tackle a simply arranged composition, drawing it from life and discovering which areas you need to work on next.
The second class will begin with more drawing from life and touch on other aspects along the way. Amongst other things, the ability to read shapes and represent them in relation to each other will be covered.

Times Available
Classes are available at any time subject to teacher availability. Late afternoons and early evenings are preferred, but Andrea will work with you to sort out a convenient time for your taster sessions.

A pencil and paper would come in handy - contact Andrea in advance and he will be happy to advise you as to what to buy.

A former art director for an advertising agency, Andrea moved to London to follow his true passion, art. Having been exhibited in his native Italy, Germany, the UK and the US, Andrea is a successful visual artist and even had a painting in the 54th Venice Biennale in 2011. A dedicated teacher with a passion for drawing, you will be in safe hands in his studio in South London.
