Kick-fitness is a fitness-based martial arts class grounded in the teaching that has produced world champions. Kick-fitness is the first to deliver training that is recognised and insured by the fitness industry helping you achieve a fitness and conditioning like no other. It was founded by Christian Thomson, a world title holder for kickboxing at 80kg and British champ at both 74kg and 80kg. He has been teaching since 2005.
