As such it is perfect as a self-defense class and a great way to become acquainted with the martial arts. LFF caters to all levels with beginner, intermediate, advanced and mixed classes on offer. With classes running continually, you can join whenever you like.

About the Taster
At your Brazilian Jiu Jitsu class, expert instructors will get you started with conditioning work before introducing the Brazilian Jiu Jitsu basics. With a fun and friendly atmosphere, the class is a great way to get started with martial arts.

What’s great about it?
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a great way to get into fighting shape - literally. You’ll walk away from class a little fitter and with some great self-defence moves.

About the Venue
London Fight Factory boasts an excellent team of instructors who are decorated champions, great teachers and decent, approachable people looking to help you achieve your fitness goals while you try something new. Beyond the instructors, there's also a great community of students at LFF for you to get to know and join in some serious training.

What to Bring
Wear comfortable clothes free of zips or buttons. All the equipment you need will be provided, but you might want to bring your own mouth guard. You can buy one for about £5.
