Let expert chefs show you the way around the freshest of ingredients and the key techniques to your chosen style of cooking whether that be Thai, Japanese, Caribbean, African or Mediterranean. In a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, you’ll get to know your classmates, have fun tasting the fruits of your labour and even get a recipe pack and apron as a souvenir from your day.

Times Available
Classes run on weekday evenings from 7 - 9pm. Students should arrive 30 minutes before the class starts.

You’ll be given instructions on how to book your session once you purchase your voucher.
Small Print
Please allow an extra 30 minutes before the start of the course for registration and inquiries. No refunds will be given where clients cancel their attendance giving less than five working days notice. A minimum of 10 participants is required per date. Should this not be achieved, London City Hospitality Centre reserves the right to cancel the event and either reschedule or refund all monies paid. From time to time, due to circumstances beyond our control, they may have to reschedule an event date or change the topic of the class. Should this situation arise, all clients will be notified and an alternative offered.

Open Kitchen Bar & Restaurant is the training restaurant for the London City Hospitality Centre (LCHC). All students prepare and serve food and drinks as part of their vocational studies. The London City Hospitality Centre (LCHC) is a partnership initiative of Hackney Community College, the London Development Agency, the Worshipful Company of Cooks and employers.
It also boasts great courses for the general public and is run as a great value restaurant where you can taste the efforts of the culinary stars of the future before they hit the big time.
