Cooking teacher Erik Bernardini will meet you in your home to teach you how to take advantage of your personal cooking space.
About the Taster
Everybody can learn to cook homemade meals in an original Italian or French style. All you need is a little help from an expert teacher. This one-hour taster class will take place in your home with your tools, and you'll learn how to cook excellent boeuf bourgignon, pizza, ravioli or pasta al pomodoro. Your dinner parties will never be the same. And remember to invite a few friends or family members over to taste the meal you prepare during your class!

A chef in his native Italy and Paris, cooking is a passion for Erik Bernardini. First trained as a pastry chef - that remains his greatest love in the kitchen. These days there is nothing he loves more than imparting his years of experience to budding cooks and showing them the miracles they can perform in their own kitchens with a little bit of help and encouragement.
