Abseiling - if you're going up, you must eventually come down. The point is to get to the top of the mountain/structure, hook yourself to ropes at the top and then repel backwards down the side. An exhilarating hobby, a few indoor classes will ensure you've got the hang of it before you start throwing yourself off mountain tops.

This taster session will give you the opportunity to learn all about repelling down mountains but with the safety of an indoor rock wall. Plus, this private session will ensure you get the attention you need to perfect your skills.

Classes are available Tuesday to Thursday from 2pm - 10pm, Friday from 2pm - 6pm and Saturday and Sunday from 10am - 6pm.
