Push Studios offers a wide range of dance and fitness classes in their well equipped studios in East Dulwich. Group classes include Zumba, ballet, pilates, yoga, piloxing, TRX suspension training, bokwa and much more. There are also four personal trainers on hand offering one on one personalised training programs. All teachers are ETM-qualitifed or the equivalent and aim to provide a non threatening and fun environment in which to work out and achieve fitness goals.

About the Taster
After sitting at a desk all day, your body often feels stiff and sore. Why not remedy this with some stretching and relaxation with some yoga in South London. Push Studios offers unique Dynamic Yoga classes that combine sivananda and ashtanga yoga and focus on a series of postures and breathing techniques to better connect your body and mind and make you more bendy and toned. The 75 minute classes are suitable for all levels including beginners. If you don't fancy yoga then you can opt for one of the following five classes instead:
- Adult Ballet
- Ballet Sculpt
Adult Ballet teaches you basic ballet moves to improve your strength and coordination, Ballet Sculpt combines elongation exercises with ballet movements, Piloxing is a mix of Pilates and boxing while Bokwa is a new concept in group exercise that involves drawing letters and number patterns on the floor with your feet in a high cardio routine to music.
