About the Taster
This one-hour, military-style fitness bootcamp class with Turn It Up takes place outside in the fresh air and is accompanied by great music to keep energy levels high. You'll join a group of other enthusiastic, fitness-minded people and participate in effective circuit training workouts to get you in shape fast. The trained instructors will lead you through challenging (but fun!) exercises using the natural surroundings and some standard workout equipment to help you sculpt your body in time for swimsuit season.

What's great about it?
Yes, it's an effective way to get a fit body, but above that - it's a lot of fun! You'll gain a whole new group of workout buddies which is a great way to make sure you're being held accountable to your fitness goals.

Times Available
Classes take place Monday through Thursday from 6:30 - 7:30pm and Saturday from 12 - 1pm.

What to Bring
Just your standard workout gear and a bottle of water to stay hydrated.

Turn It Up Bootcamp is a fun, effective, military-style fitness training program started by former Swedish Junior Olympian Linda Hedenstrom. The philosophy of Turn It Up Bootcamp is to motivate people across the UK to get excited about sports and fitness, as well as to make the population healthier and fitter in a fun and educational way. The concept will help you increase your strength, speed and stamina - all within a couple of weeks! The program employs various body weight exercises, outdoor circuits and cool music to help you achieve the best body you've ever had.
