Excellent experience from Earworms, not so much from Tasterlab! I purchased a voucher wanting to download Turkish but when I went to redeem it on the site, I was told 'voucher already redeemed', which was not the case. So, I emailed Earworms who got back to me immediately to investigate what had gone wrong and it turns out Tasterlab gave me a code they'd already used!!! Earworms are now going to redeem the voucher for me and send me my product, so very impressed with their prompt and friendly service.
