One of the most ancient combat disciplines, wrestling goes way back to the Greeks and possibly even further. Despite the centuries that have passed since then, many of the holds and moves that we use today are exactly the same. LFF specialises in freestyle wrestling, a discipline that allows you to use your legs in combat as well as the standard grappling techniques.

At your wrestling class, expert instructors will get you started with conditioning work before introducing you to the basic wrestling holds. With a fun and friendly atmosphere, the class is a great way to get acquainted with this incredibly competitive sport.

Taking a wrestling class is an exciting and social way to work on your fitness. You’ll get in a great workout, and it’s perfect for relieving stress as well.

About the Venue
London Fight Factory boasts an excellent team of instructors who are decorated champions, great teachers and decent, approachable people looking to help you achieve your fitness goals while you try something new. Beyond the instructors, there's also a great community of students at LFF for you to get to know and join in some serious training.

What to Bring
Wear comfortable clothes free of zips or buttons. All the equipment you need will be provided, but you might want to bring your own mouth guard. You can buy one for about £5.

Times Available
Classes take place on Thursday from 8:30pm to 9:30pm and Saturday from 11:30am to 1:00pm.

You’ll be given instructions on how to book your session once you request your voucher.
