With the recent onslaught of Baltic weather conditions, it's hard to believe that Easter is almost upon us. But at least there's an extended bank holiday weekend to look forward with the prospect of four whole days off. You can either stay home and overindulge on chocolate or go check out some of these Easter-themed things to do in London.

Now that the frost has thawed it's the perfect time of year to exercise your green fingers and start planting a new garden. Even if you don't have an outdoor space, you can transform your house into a potting shed or at least add some greenery to your kitchen window or balcony. You can even start growing your own vegetables (everyone is doing it these days). If you're new to the gardening game, here are our top 10 tips.
It might seem like we were just clinking champagne flutes at midnight on New Year’s Eve; but believe it or not, we’re just about to enter the third month of the 2013. Since TasterLab is all about making new discoveries, we checked in with you guys the first week of the year to see what your Resolutions were for the year. Now that almost two months have gone by, we were wondering if any of you have used TasterLab to help you achieve your goals – whether your Resolution is to get fit, learn something new or just to make 2013 a year of discovery.
Embrace your singledom this Valentine's Day and celebrate the fact that you can be entirely selfish and don't have to think about anyone else but number one, not to mention the money you're saving on sickeningly sweet heart-shaped paraphernalia. Rather than sitting at home alone mournfully listening to All By Myself Bridget Jones Style and crying into a tub of ice cream, follow our suggestions for things to do in London by yourself this Valentine's Day.
If you're feeling guilty after another wasted weekend spent either boozing or in bed nursing a hangover instead of doing something constructive and mentally stimulating, then make this week a week of culture. Here's our round up of the best cultural things to do in London.

Here are our picks for fun activities in heated surroundings this month. You just have to wrap up warm and brave the cold for the journey there and back.

We've rounded up a list of charitable things to do in London over the festive season.
With so much choice, eating out is one of our favourite things to do in London and the experience is all the more enjoyable when you've got something nice to look at out the window. Some of the city's best restaurants have chosen their location carefully to take advantage of the beautiful vistas the city has to offer. Here are our favourite restaurants with a view.
Enjoy the last days of summer in one of London's lovely green spaces. In part three of our London Parks guide we head south to Clapham Common, an oasis of calm in the heart of the bustling south west London district. With a skate park, ponds, playgrounds, cafes and oodles of grass to lounge around on, it's one of the best things to do in London on a sunny afternoon.
Mandy, owner and instructor of Perfect Circle Poi, was inspired by what moves most of us - a beautiful person - to take up poi. Poi spinning has since become her passion and career. Here's all of Mandy's advice on getting out there and trying new things to do in London including her lovely story about how she went from gawking at a fit poi spinning Australian man to owning her own poi business.

It’s finally here! After months of work and an incredible amount of coffee and not-very-delicious office biscuits, the new site is finished. There’s definitely a lot going on, so I’ve broken down all the best new features to help you discover what you love and try something new in London!
What’s good? No, not like the semi-awkward greeting, but really what does good mean? We’ve recently teamed up with A Good Week (very cool. Check them out!) to share our particular definition for that somewhat ambiguous word. To us - good is that feeling we get when we’re able to share something new with you and, thereby, help you discover what you love!
